The Living Creek
Mental health therapy rooted in relationship, presence, and the natural world.
Meet Noah Leavitt, LSW
I offer a space where you can slow down, breathe, and be real.
Together, we’ll gently shepherd your self-study — building compassion for the parts of you that feel hurt, stuck, or self-sabotaging. At the same time, we’ll honor and uplift your vitality, creativity, and confidence.
My approach is grounded in presence and connection, designed to feel natural and steady, with just the right amount of challenge for your unique path. Whether we’re sitting by the creek, connecting on Zoom, or together in my office, I support clients in cultivating meaningful change while showing up more fully — with clarity, energy, and heart — in their lives.
